      We sew embroidered tulle panels (godets) right into the seams. They open from the waist down and swing out with every step, like a ball gown that grew up.

      Sequins, beads and a few appliqués on soft tulle, lined in a matching color so nothing is see-through. Fine satin piping frames every panel, and coat and panels end on one clean hem.

      No. Every panel is lined in a matching color behind the embroidery.

      Is it warm? Is it waterproof?

      It’s a lined coat made for everyday fall and winter, like a classic wool coat. It’s not a technical or waterproof coat, so for heavy rain or deep cold, layer up.
